May 2008  Skilled Nursing Facility 
    LECO acted as exclusive advisor on selling a 50 bed skilled nursing facility.

February 2008  Skilled Nursing Facility 
    LECO acted as exclusive advisor on placing a cash-out non-recourse financing.
    This included a $2,958,000 mortgage and a $600,000 working capital line of credit

February 2008 High tech manufacturing packaging machinery to the Pharmaceutical Industry
    LECO provided an add-on bridge $205,000
working capital term note.  LECO is working with             several instituational equity and mezzanine debt lenders to provide long term financing                     solution.  The bridge allows the borrower leverage to negotiate the best transaction without                 working capital pressures.

January 2008 Louisiana Acute Care Hospital
    LECO provided a bridge second lien working capital note

Nov 2007   Skilled Nursing Facility
    LECO acted as exclusive advisor to review strategic options for the operator

Sept 2007   Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility 
    LECO acted as exclusive advisor on placing an acquisition financing including a $3,500,000
    mortgage and a $1,250,000 pre-provider number working capital line of credit

In November 2005, KD Partners LLC closed on a purchase of 125 acres of raw land in the city of Los Angeles, California. Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC provided consulting services and bridge capital to KD Partners for the acquisition.
