    In 2009 Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC assisted in the placement of
    a $1,600,000 subordinate note for working capital and acquisitions for a     robotic packaging equipment solutions company.

    FEATURED PROJECT 2008
    In 2008 Lawrence, Evans & Co. LLC     acted as exclusive advisor on placing a cash-out non-recourse financing
    for a group of skilled nursing facilities.

    FEATURED PROJECT 2007
    In 2007 Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC assisted in the placement of a $9,000,000 line of credit for the acquisition of 2 distressed acute care hospitals.

    In November 2005, KD Partners LLC closed on a purchase of 125 acres of raw land in the city of Los Angeles, California. Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC provided consulting services and bridge capital to KD Partners for the acquisition.
